We consider uninformed and/or misinformed political action to be a threat to the security of any democratic society.
The term 'Black' as used in the name is derived from the formal definition for the word when used as an adjective as follows: "Disclosed, for reasons of security, only to an extremely limited number of authorized persons; very highly classified: black programs in the Defense Department; the Pentagon's black budget."
