Justice Department Releases Memos on Interrogation Techniques
The Justice Department released detailed memos describing
harsh interrogation techniques used by the Central Intelligence Agency on Thursday.
President Obama stated that C.I.A. operatives who carried out the
techniques would not be prosecuted.
